Liquid Petroleum Gas Changeover (CoNGLPG:1)
To provide operatives with the additional knowledge and skills, relating to working on Liquefied Petroleum Gas Appliances and Installations.
Entrants must be able to provide satisfactory evidence showing that they have successfully completed the Core Domestic Gas Safety Assessment CCN:1 or the Core Commercial Gas Safety Assessment COCN.1.
2 days (1 day training and 1 day assessment).
8 persons
Lecture notes, audio visual presentation and a range of domestic gas appliances and models.
The learner will be assessed by a written and practical test in line with ACS accreditation.
On successful completion of the course candidates will receive CoNGLPG:1 qualification.
Further assessments are available for LPG Appliances as follows:
RPH1, Residential Park Homes, HRTLP2, Closed Flue Fires, LAV1, Leisure Accommodation Vehicles, PD permanent dwellings.

• LPG supply pressures – the operation and positioning of

• Installation of pipework and fittings related to LPG.
• Tightness testing.
• Checking system pressures, regulators, under pressure and over

• Ventilation related to LPG installations.
